Booking & deposits
A non-refundable retainer of 30% secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
Rental period
All packages include up to 8 hours of on-site rental with midnight pickup. Overtime is available on request.
Care of equipment
Our vintage phones, signature wall and booth are professionally restored. The client is responsible for reasonable care during the event; damage beyond normal wear is billable at replacement cost.
Cancellations & postponements
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event forfeit the retainer only. Within 60 days, 100% of the package is due. Postponements are honoured to any available date within 12 months at no additional fee.
Delivery of recordings
Recordings are delivered via a private, downloadable link within 7–10 business days after the event.
