Well Wishes ("we", "us") provides audio and video guestbook rentals across Ottawa and Ontario. We take the privacy of couples, guests and site visitors seriously.
Information we collect
We collect the details you share when you enquire — your name, email, phone, event date and venue — as well as basic analytics from our website (page views, device type, referring source). Audio and video recordings from your event are collected only at your direction and belong to you.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate bookings and deliver your keepsake recordings. We use anonymised analytics to improve the site.
How we share information
We never sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers (hosting, email, booking software) needed to deliver our service, or when required by law.
Your recordings
Your event recordings are stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and delivered privately to you. We may retain a copy for up to 90 days after delivery for backup purposes, then permanently delete on request.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@wellwishes.ca.
